How to start a free website for pet businesses, dog groomers, dog walkers, pet sitters, dog breeders and animal related businesses.
Quick and easy set up.
Step 2. Choose a Theme
Choose a theme for your website. The theme is a ready made template to work from for your free website.
There is variety of different templates to choose from including a pet website template.

Step 3. Start Editing
Start editing your free website by clicking the blue button in the right corner which say’s START EDITING.
Hover over the text, photos or content blocks this will enable you to edit or change the text or photos and also delete them.
The column on the left is where the individual elements are which you can also drag onto the template.
The individual elements are extra elements.
For example the text, a video, social icons and more these can all be dragged onto the template, to make your website unique.

To change the theme (template) which you are using click THEME in the top bar. This will allow you to change the template to another, to change the style of text and change the whole colour of the website from light to dark.
To continue editing the website click BUILD in the top bar.
Step 4. Add a page
The free website will already have 4 pages the home page, services, about and a contact page.
To add a new page click on PAGES in the top bar.
In the panel on the left is where you can add extra pages to your website.
You can add a standard page, blog page, category page, product page and an external page.
Step 5. Apps
Click APPS in the top bar and you can add extra elements to your website like animated text, Facebook like button and more.
There are some apps which are free to use and some which are premium.

Step 6. Settings
Click SETTINGS in the top bar and this will take you to the main settings.
General – This is where you add your site title which is your business name or what you would like to call the website.
SEO – The search engine optimisation. In the description add in what your website is about. In the meta keywords add all the keywords relevant to your website.
Step 7. Publish your website
Once you have finished editing your website and are happy with it just click PUBLISH.
Your website will be live on the internet.
To find your website type in a web browser at the top of you screen the site title of your website plus weebly.com
This will be your domain name or web address for the website for example yoursite.weebly.com
